Responsible for preparing and continuously developing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including consideration of regulatory and ESG requirements
Manage complex accounting and consolidation topics and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and data quality at group level
Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors
Contribute to the development and implementation of transfer pricing structures and ensure appropriate documentation
Take over and optimize accounting and reporting processes of individual group companies to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations
Serve as an interface to internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors
Assist in managing liquidity topics and in the further development of related processes
Prepare decision‑relevant analyses and actively participate in cross‑departmental initiatives and projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
Ideally a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Strong numerical affinity and problem‑solving skills
Confident user of MS Office, in particular Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with initiative and a high level of responsibilityVery good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
