Group Accounting and Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and continuously developing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including consideration of regulatory and ESG requirements
• Manage complex accounting and consolidation topics and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and data quality at group level
• Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors
• Contribute to the development and implementation of transfer pricing structures and ensure appropriate documentation
• Take over and optimize accounting and reporting processes of individual group companies to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations
• Serve as an interface to internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors
• Assist in managing liquidity topics and in the further development of related processes
• Prepare decision‑relevant analyses and actively participate in cross‑departmental initiatives and projects

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
• Ideally a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong numerical affinity and problem‑solving skills
• Confident user of MS Office, in particular Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with initiative and a high level of responsibilityVery good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
