Lead Group Accounting, IFRS Reporting & Finance Transformation (d/f/m)

Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics,contributingto high-quality financialreportingandensuringtimelyresolution of open issues across teams. You willdrive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-orientedenvironmentwith the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup.

What your new challenge will look like

• Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality andtimelydeliveryand taking ownership of defined areas

• Develop andmaintaingroup accounting policies, ensuretheirconsistent application, andprepareIFRS adjustments,contributingto the development of scalable IFRS reporting processes andpolicies

• Prepare and coordinate selected parts of theconsolidatedIFRS financial statements and act askeycontact for auditors.

• Identifyand implement improvements ingroupreporting, closing, and consolidation processes, includingautomation initiativesand drive further finance transformation

• Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements andresolving open topics proactively

Why you belong at 4flow

• Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or auditwith solid knowledgeof IFRS and financial reporting in international environments

• Hands-on experience with closing processes andexposure toconsolidatedfinancial statements

• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, hands-on working style

• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
