Responsibility for preparing and developing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including consideration of regulatory and ESG requirements
Managing complex accounting and consolidation issues and ensuring correct intercompany reconciliation and data quality at group level
Coordinating statutory audits and working closely with external auditors
Assisting in the development and implementation of transfer pricing structures and ensuring proper documentation
Taking over and optimizing accounting and reporting processes of individual group companies to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations
Acting as an interface with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors
Supporting liquidity management and the further development of related processes
Preparing decision-relevant analyses and actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
Ideally a degree in economics, business administration or a related field with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and preferably experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player, proactive and a high level of responsibility
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
