Lead and develop a team of project managers to drive a performance- and learning-oriented culture. Own delivery of complex, high-impact programs on time, budget, and quality. Coach leaders in stakeholder management and delivery excellence; establish and continuously improve PM methodologies and governance. Ensure transparent reporting of status, risks, and financials; proactively manage dependencies and escalations. Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management; foster a global PM network within Interroll.

• Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence
• Define, implement, and improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
• Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials via structured reporting and KPIs
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs
• Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices
• Establish and foster a global project management network within Interroll

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education
• 8–10 years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology-driven environment
• Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross-functional teams
• Proven track record delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully
• Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes
• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage
• Fluent in English; German language skills are required
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities
