Group Leader – Supply Chain Management (Mechanical)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Disciplinary and technical leadership and development of 13 employees
Responsibility for material planning and the integrated operational procurement of mechanical and electromechanical components
Ensuring the availability of mechanical and electromechanical parts while meeting time, cost and quality targets
Intensive interface management with Production, Development, Order Management, Purchasing and Sales
Continuous opportunity and risk management across the entire product and supply process
Further development and harmonization of planning and operational purchasing processes, as well as planning and conducting risk and capacity analyses
Comprehensive and regular reporting on KPIs, risks and countermeasures

Requirements

Completed technical or business degree, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in materials management and/or operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
Experience in both disciplinary (line) and technical leadership, including team development and motivation
Knowledge of process design, change management and cross-organizational collaboration
Very good SAP skills (MM, SD and CRM)
Strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
