In your role, you provide technical leadership to all team members and ensure that roles, responsibilities and priorities are clearly understood.
You are responsible for the disciplinary management of your direct reports and act as the primary interface to the global practice head.
Together with your team, you embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform to enable consistent enforcement and transparent monitoring of all relevant rules.
You drive structured information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization within the team and plan internal audits, management reviews and cross-functional trainings.
When issues arise – for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits – you support systematic problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs for the further development of strategy, processes and tools.
In-depth knowledge of international supply chain audit standards and schemes, including relevant regulatory requirements at international level
Solid understanding of applicable accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the supply chain auditing business
Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments
Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage
Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
