Growth Associate - CEO Office

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle.

Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.

About the role

You'll help us build our expansion into the DACH and European Market . You're often the first contact between GeneralMind and the companies we want to work with: you research accounts, write good outbound, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.

This isn't a job where you just work through a call list. You'll build our outbound from the ground up together with the founders and marketing - figure out what messaging works, and pass back what you're hearing from the market. You'll sell to complex, operational buyers (supply chain, logistics, procurement) and need to understand their world well enough to earn a first conversation.

We're building an AI-native sales motion - you'll use AI tools every day to research faster, write better, and prioritise smarter. If you already have Claude or ChatGPT open in another tab, you'll feel right at home.

What you will do

• Build and own the top of our sales funnel across international markets, generating qualified pipeline that turns into revenue.
• Research and find the right target accounts and the right people within them.
• Write and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through smart discovery conversations.
• Book meetings for our AEs (and sometimes founders) with C-level and senior operational buyers.
• Help define our ICP, messaging, and outbound playbook - test messaging with marketing and founders, iterate on positioning, and share what you learn from the market.
• Keep CRM data clean and pipeline reporting accurate.
• Keep experimenting with new channels, angles, and tools.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years in a high-performance environment - B2B sales / SDR, consulting, VC, a fast-paced startup, or any commercial role where you had to be scrappy.
• You pick up complex products and business contexts quickly.
• Structured and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do next, and you take ownership before anyone asks.
• Resilience and energy: outbound is hard, and the challenge motivates you rather than discourages you.
• Genuinely curious about AI tools and already using them in how you work.
• A builder who wants to create the playbook, not just follow it - and a team player who thinks no task is beneath them.
• Fluent German; English is a strong plus
• You want to grow into a closing role.
