CTO Office - Associate (m/f/d)

In this role within the CTO Office, you will help scale the product-tech organization and drive AI-enabled ways of working. You will triage requests, coordinate across teams, and turn initiatives into scalable processes. You’ll lead end-to-end projects from scoping to delivery and prepare decision materials to drive ownership and next steps. You’ll operate at the intersection of product and strategy, translating problems into actionable requirements. • Triages incoming requests and coordinates across teams to protect priorities in a high-velocity environment
• Leads cross-functional projects end-to-end from scoping and alignment to delivery
• Brings a product-builder lens to topics, from requirements briefs to lightweight prototypes or analytical frames
• Prepares leadership decision materials, pre-alignments, and follow-through structures to enable clear ownership and next steps

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or strategy & operations at a technology company
• Track record of driving cross-functional projects independently, from scoping through delivery
• Comfort with both operational detail and strategic framing (requirements briefs, stakeholder alignment)
• Fluent English and German written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Experience working with founders or executives in startup/scale-up environments is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset and high standards for execution
