We are seeking an ambitious commercial professional or top graduate for a high-ownership role within a fast-growing sustainability tech company based in Munich. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role; you will drive high-touch outreach, leverage an AI-first stack, and build enterprise pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 100-200 named target enterprise accounts.
• Conduct senior-level discovery calls with VP and C-level executives.
• Execute signal-driven outreach based on market shifts and earnings reports.
• Build and test lightweight AI workflows using Claude, Apollo, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate from a top university or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Native-level German and fluent English skills.
• Strong commercial curiosity and comfort in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• High resilience and motivation to succeed in a performance-driven culture.
