About The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Growth Manager - (incentives) to join the Retention Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Join the team driving brand growth and customer engagement across our markets. As part of our Marketing Team, you’ll help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments. With each campaign and initiative, you’ll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a market leader.

Responsibilities

1. Join the Incentives Growth team within Marketing to work on growth topics such as Vendor funded deals, incentives experimentation, and other growth levers, supporting Delivery Hero’s entities globally.
2. Develop data-backed strategies to generate business uplift for our entities worldwide.
3. Gather insights on best practices globally to empower the Central team as a center of excellence in incentives topics.
4. Define assessment frameworks & metrics, set targets, monitor performance, and support local teams in optimizing incentives for sustainable growth.
5. Identify required product features related to incentive management and communicate with product leaders.
6. Collaborate with other Marketing teams to drive initiatives that capture synergies and add value.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech (experience in Food delivery/eCommerce is a plus).
• Strong skills in solving complex data problems, statistical experimentation, SQL, and data analysis.
• Ability to craft impactful narratives and presentations based on analysis.
• Experience with demand management in a fast-growing industry, working with large data sets.
• Excellent business acumen with financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear analyses and presentations.
