Who we are

We're a startup founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs: Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino have already built successful companies and HR software for unicorn businesses. We closed the largest pre-seed round ever raised in Italy (€4.7M) , backed by some of the sharpest entrepreneurs in tech. A year later we closed a €12M seed round , and in June 2025 we closed a further €25M round , led by US VC Base10, which picked us for its very first deal in Italy. Italy is known as the land of red tape. That red tape is one of the acknowledged reasons the Italian economy is stuck. Jet's mission? Erase bureaucracy from Italian firms. What is bureaucracy, exactly? Hours spent decoding regulations, filling in forms, waiting for approvals and fixing the inevitable human errors. Jet is the answer: a single platform that simplifies and automates the entire admin side of an Italian company. It's obvious that the future can't stay this slow and clunky: with Jet we're pulling that future forward, and we have a real shot at becoming the default operative system of Italian companies. What you'll do

• Complete ownership of SEO and GEO/AEO. You own organic growth end to end: from keyword research and technical site optimisation through to ranking on search engines and AI. You'll build the content and site structure, and get us found by millions of people.
• Explore and optimise paid channels. You'll run and improve campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and new paid channels. You’ll manage campaigns and creatives to drive CAC down.
• Relentless automation . The old ways of running paid campaigns and SEO aren't enough anymore. You'll be on the front line of automating your own work and building new tools to make it more efficient.
• Optimise the acquisition funnel . Landing pages, follow-ups, retargeting: your scope doesn't stop at capturing leads, but goes all the way to signing deals.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO and Paid Marketing in B2B . You've grown other products several times over through channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and organic SEO. You know your way around them.
• An experimental, analytical approach . You need to be able to separate the background noise from real learnings. You know how to set up rigorous A/B tests and identify what actually works in highly complex environments.
• An impact-driven mindset. You understand how every part of your job affects conversions, pipeline and ARR generated. You spot bottlenecks and problems worth solving without needing constant input. You avoid perfectionism.
• A taste for hackish solutions. We're not looking for an engineer, but for someone who can move easily across paid platforms, automation tools, different data sources and integrations between systems. It takes curiosity, initiative and the autonomy to explore new technologies and solve technical problems yourself. Your ability to learn fast and adapt to change will be essential to succeeding in this role.
• Entrepreneurial obsession. You know (or want to learn) exactly who our prospects are and what their biggest problems look like. You understand how they think, how they work, and how to reach them.
• Creativity and an eye for copy and design . You've produced creatives and copy that significantly lifted conversions and performance. You don’t just create something that looks nice: you know how to communicate our brand and the product's value to create actual conversions.

What we offer

• €45,000 to €55,000 gross annual salary.
• Real impact. We're a startup, so everyone makes an essential contribution to Jet's growth. Our revenues will be a direct result of your work, and you'll have a major impact on the company's bottom line.
• Ownership . We expect you to go from idea to execution on your own. You own the final output. You'll be responsible for building our acquisition machines from zero to hundreds of thousands of clients.
• Start-up environment. Not just any startup, but a well-funded one packed with talent. In 6 months you'll see and learn things that elsewhere might take years, with a very high level of responsibility and involvement.
• Hybrid work. Our office is in Milan and we do expect you in, but with flexibility. We're not sticklers - we run on common sense. We’re open to discuss fully-remote work.
