As Growth Marketer, you’ll literally transform and save lives by becoming an expert in our client journey, uncovering the biggest levers in the acquisition funnel, and prioritizing and implementing the highest impact experiments to improve funnel performance.
Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will reflect your level, which is assessed throughout the interview process. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity.
