GTM Engineer (Fully Remote)

• You'll work directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate GTM strategy into action by building systems and running experiments.
• This is a hands-on systems role where you'll design and ship data pipelines, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own signal aggregation and scoring systems, including ICP models and intent pipelines.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to automate research, enrichment, and personalization.
• Build middleware and integration infrastructure to connect GTM tools and scale what works.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, Salesforce, and integration engineering.
• Experience with LLMs in production and building systems from open-ended problems.
