Guest Relations Trainer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, travel-loving Guest Relations Trainer to champion our service excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training that empowers guest-facing teams at properties to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Act as mentor, coach, brand ambassador, and auditor, ensuring every team member embodies our commitment to hospitality.
• Conduct on-site hands‑on training sessions for staff focusing on communication, soft skills, and service excellence.
• Champion de‑escalation of guest complaints and teach staff effective problem‑solving techniques.
• Observe employee service behaviours in real time, providing constructive feedback and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in guest relations or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Travel: Agile and flexible.
• Cultural adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to different local property cultures, team dynamics, and diverse guest demographics across various regions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, often requiring multilingual fluency.
• Leadership: Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.
• Hospitality expertise: Deep understanding of the service industry.
• Training aptitude: Prior training experience is an added plus, but a natural passion for teaching, patience, and leadership is required.
