This role leads the after-sales training system for European automotive market. You will build and iterate localized after-sales training systems and processes compliant with European market characteristics and industry regulations, lead training delivery for regional dealers and service teams, and continuously upgrade regional after-sales service competency to support steady European after-sales business development.
Build and optimize localized European automotive after-sales training systems and standard processes, covering technical maintenance, service workflows, warranty and customer service. Establish a closed-loop training management system covering demand research, course design, delivery and evaluation, and form replicable SOPs adapted to local dealer operations and European industry norms.
Develop and implement regular online & offline after-sales training plans for European markets. Conduct targeted training and skill assessments for regional after-sales technicians, consultants and dealer teams, standardizing service workflows and solving on-site service issues.
Localize and update automotive after-sales training courses, manuals, cases and assessment resources based on product upgrades and European market needs. Optimize training content to fit local service scenarios, languages and industry standards.
Lead the European after-sales training team, responsible for daily management, performance assessment and instructor capability development. Formulate team growth plans to build a professional, high-efficiency training team for regional business support.
Establish a standardized training evaluation system, track training effectiveness via attendance, assessment results and service quality data. Regularly output regional training analysis reports, optimize training plans and curriculum systems, and translate training outcomes into improved after-sales service capability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with European sales, after-sales operation, product technical teams and global headquarters. Align with headquarters’ unified training requirements for local implementation, collect regional market training demands, and realize efficient cross-department linkage and resource sharing.
3+ years of aftersales training management experience at European automotive enterprises or brand headquarters, with proficient knowledge of local after-sales operation and training systems. Service training team leadership experience is preferred .
Familiar with automotive after-sales training system construction, course development and training evaluation. Well-versed in European local service standards, warranty rules and dealer management models, able to accurately match regional training demands.
Possess solid project leadership and team management capabilities. Able to independently undertake regional training projects, coordinate internal and external resources, and efficiently promote project delivery and team management.
Fluent in English for daily communication, training delivery and report writing. Basic German/French/Spanish is a plus. Equipped with cross-cultural communication skills for European work scenarios.
Strong market insight, data analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Rigorous, responsible and highly execution-oriented, able to independently manage complex regional training projects. Adaptable to local work rhythm and occasional regional business travel.
