Head of Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d) – Mandarin Speaker

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d) with fluent Mandarin language skills.

This is an exciting, internationally focused opportunity in a fast-growing environment with a high level of ownership, room to shape the function, and strong long-term development opportunities.

The foundation is already in place – the next step is to further build and scale the Talent Acquisition organization across Europe. Together with the Regional Managers and the HR Leadership Team , you will build a strong regional Talent Acquisition team and establish scalable recruitment structures to support continued growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Talent Acquisition function across Europe
• Build, lead and further develop a regional Talent Acquisition team
• Partner closely with Regional Managers, HR Business Partners and Senior Management
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for different European markets
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing and talent pipeline development
• Establish consistent recruiting processes, standards and KPIs
• Support strategic and senior-level searches when required
• Support new market entries, ramp-ups and growth phases from a recruitment perspective
• Continuously improve candidate experience, hiring quality and time-to-hire

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience building or leading a recruitment team
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and active sourcing
• Experience working with international and senior-level stakeholders
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required
• German language skills would be a strong advantage
• Experience recruiting across several European markets is beneficial
• If your background is primarily in recruitment consultancy or executive search , you should also bring relevant in-house Talent Acquisition experience
• Strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on approach
