Head of AI Engineering & Enablement (Fully Remote)

• AI Strategy & Use Case Discovery: Work with the CEO, CFO, and CPO to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Build the Hardest Workflows: Design and deploy multi-agent systems, re-engineer processes, and own the full lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Governance: Define approved tools, build standards, and maintain HIPAA compliance and audit trails.
• Enable the Functions: Coach teams, run training programs, and build reusable templates to scale AI adoption across the organization.

Your Professional Qualifications:

• Technical Foundation: 8+ years in software engineering or applied AI with deep hands-on experience in multi-agent systems and LLM workflows.
• Business & Operational Judgment: Proven track record in operationally focused technology projects that changed how a business runs.
• Change Leadership & Adoption: Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change within non-technical teams.
