You have built your career from the cellar floor up and now you are ready to take that hands on brewing expertise to the world. You combine over a decade of practical beer production experience with a proven track record of international sales, and you know how to translate deep process knowledge into commercial partnerships that last. If you want a role where technical credibility, global ambition and team leadership come together, read on.
The Role
Own and grow international sales: You drive commercial growth for our en zyme and filtration product portfolio across global brewing markets — identify ing opportunities, opening new accounts and deepening existing partnerships. With several years of international sales experience behind you, you know how to move from first conversation to signed contract in markets where relation ships and technical credibility are everything.
Lead and develop a specialist brewing team: You will lead three experien ced brewing specialists, setting direction, coaching performance, and building a team culture grounded in technical excellence and customer focus. You lead by example: your time in Production means you understand exactly what your team faces in the field, and you earn their respect by demonstrating this every day.
Be the bridge between process technology and the market: Working hand-in-hand with R&D, Marketing, SCM and Controlling, you ensure our solu tions are positioned precisely where the industry needs them. You manage your product groups strategically, contribute actively to new product development — from initial idea through commercial launch and evaluation — and make sure our technology story lands with clarity in every customer conversation.
Show up where it matters - on the ground, globally: You will travel regularly (up to 50%) to support our international partners directly and determine where you have the best impact — in breweries, at trials, at technical workshops and at industry events. Your presence in the market is a genuine competitive advantage, and your ability to speak the language of Production and Sales in the same breath is what sets you apart.

Brewing credentials: with a degree in brewing and beverage technology, food science or chemical engineering - or equivalent expertise earned through years of practice at the hig hest level.
5+ years production floor experience: bringing a more practical, hands-on brewing expe rience - nationally and internationally. You have worked with fermentation, filtration and process optimization at first hand, not just in theory.
Intercultural fluency: Very good English and good German language skills are essential. A third language is a real advantage. High intercultural competence — comfortable working across very different markets, styles and business cultures.
Process technology passion: A genuine curio sity about enzyme applications, filtration inno vation and process efficiency and the ability to translate that enthusiasm into compelling, credible proposals that resonate with both brewmasters and procurement teams.
Leadership experience: A track record of lea ding technical specialists — motivating indivi duals, managing performance and serving as the expert others turn to. You create clarity, not dependency. Pragmatic and resilient: A hands-on mindset, decisiveness under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift. You do not wait to be asked — you act.
Proven international sales: Several years of successful B2B sales experience in international markets, ideally selling ingredients, enzymes or process technology solutions to the brewing or beverage industry. You know how to build a pipeline, navigate procurement and close contracts in a technically complex environ ment.
