Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

This role is responsible for driving consistent, high‑performance sales execution across our global organization. The role combines data‑driven insights, process optimization, and sales enablement to accelerate revenue growth and improve the effectiveness of our global sales organization.

What you do

  • Define, own and report key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, forecast accuracy, account penetration, campaign effectiveness).
  • Deliver actionable dashboards and recommendations using Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Implement a consistent sales methodology across all regions.
  • Develop playbooks and training, and support structured account engagement.

Process & Performance Management

  • Standardise and optimise sales processes.
  • Establish performance reviews and drive continuous improvement in cycle times and win rates.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align strategy.
  • Provide the CCO & senior leadership with insights that influence decisions and champion a data‑driven culture.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years’ experience in sales operations, performance management, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS or technology‑driven environment; automotive or industrial software experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C‑level (specifically the CCO).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (CRM design, reporting, adoption) and other sales enablement/BI tools.
  • Proven success in designing, implementing, and driving adoption of sales processes and performance frameworks across complex, global organisations.
  • Own sales track record / sales experience is an advantage.
