Head of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the international Corporate Communications & Employer Branding function, shaping strategy and messaging across the organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex topics into clear communications and drive impactful campaigns internally and externally. You will manage and develop a global team, oversee content creation, and measure impact to continually improve approaches. • Lead and develop the international Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team, setting direction and enabling growth
• Shape and drive the international strategy aligned with business priorities and leadership
• Advise senior leaders and translate complex topics into clear messages
• Oversee internal and external communications, employer branding, leadership communications, employee engagement, and campaigns
• Hands-on content creation and end-to-end project/campaign management
• Measure impact of activities and apply insights to improve approaches

• 5+ years in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or similar field
• Proven leadership experience with track record of building high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Experience advising senior leaders and working with Executive Leadership Team
• Fluent in business English and German (written and spoken)
