Head of Cybersecurity and Quality Governance

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of a specialized team of experts
• Responsibility for achieving the division's strategic and operational objectives
• Initiating, steering and implementing cross-departmental projects and transformation initiatives
• Further development and optimization of core governance and management systems, in particular information security management, risk management, business continuity management, data protection, emergency and crisis management, vulnerability and incident management
• Ensuring efficient processes and the continuous improvement of quality and security standards
• Identifying, assessing and managing relevant risks
• Promoting an open, collaborative corporate culture and active knowledge sharing

Requirements

• University degree in a technical, business or organizational discipline, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in information security, governance, compliance or quality management
• Experience leading teams or project organizations
• Solid knowledge of established information security standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001
• Excellent understanding of security processes, governance structures and modern cybersecurity requirements
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across all hierarchical levels
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
