Head of DACH, Investor Relations

In this role you will lead Moonfare’s Investor Relations in the DACH region, shaping regional strategy and driving growth among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will build and lead a high-performing IR team, nurture key relationships, and collaborate on regional go-to-market efforts to expand Moonfare’s footprint in private markets. You will engage with senior stakeholders, gather market feedback, and elevate Moonfare’s brand at industry events. This is a formative leadership role with measurable commercial impact.

• Lead commercial growth in the DACH region through proactive outbound business development
• Develop, nurture and manage relationships with family offices and HNWI/UHNW investors, serving as primary post-onboarding contact
• Build, mentor and manage a high-performing DACH Investor Relations team
• Represent Moonfare at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand investor community
• Gather and relay investor feedback and market intelligence to align offerings with demand
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement a regional go-to-market strategy for DACH

• 7+ years of Investor Relations experience with DACH exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Masters/MBA is a plus
• Proven success with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
• Full professional proficiency in German and English (C1/C2), including negotiation and professional writing in both languages
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
