About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Data Science to lead and scale a world-class team, driving high-impact business optimization across Fever. You will act as a strategic partner to the business , translating ambitious goals into a clear, structured, and actionable Data Science roadmap. You will play a key role in shaping how data and advanced analytics are leveraged to improve decision-making and unlock growth opportunities.

As a leader , you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Data Science team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. You will also operate as a hands-on practitioner , maintaining strong technical depth, reviewing model designs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor across initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Data Scientists to improve decision-making and drive business optimization, connecting people to the best and most relevant experiences.
• Scale the team into a world-class Data Science function, owning the full hiring funnel from job definition to offer.
• Refine culture and team dynamics to nurture cutting-edge talent with mentorship, career growth plans, and a culture of intellectual rigor and fast iteration.
• Act as an internal evangelist for a data-driven culture, influencing product, commercial, and operations teams to embed Data Science and AI solutions into key workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI within the Data Science team and the wider organization, augmenting capability and throughput while maintaining scientific excellence.
• Lead end-to-end projects in partnership with cross-functional teams to devise data-driven solutions that optimise Fever’s business.
• Lead the design and deployment of high-impact models in areas such as marketing optimization, dynamic pricing, and investment decision support.
• Own the experimentation framework (A/B testing, causal inference, incrementality measurement) used to evaluate experiments at scale.
• Contribute to advancing the Data Science discipline at Fever by improving standards for analysis, model documentation, monitoring, and production-grade deployment.

Skills and Experience

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in applied analytics, including at least 4 years in analytics team leadership.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams and building or scaling analytics functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving impact through development, experimentation, and deployment of data-driven analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling, including regression, econometric models, time series analysis, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in business English.
