Head of Financial Planning, Controlling & Billing

• You steer the company’s financial future – taking responsibility for forecasting, budgeting and planning processes for our Germany business.
• You actively shape corporate decisions – acting as a strategic business partner in close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Technology and Senior Management.
• You create transparency – by analyzing financial metrics, performance indicators and financial statements and deriving concrete recommendations for action.
• You take ownership – holding both functional and disciplinary responsibility for the leadership and development of our Finance team.
• You drive change – by successfully leading and supporting our ERP transformation and other finance initiatives.
• You identify growth opportunities – and evaluate new business initiatives from both financial and strategic perspectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in FP&A or a comparable finance leadership role
• Solid understanding of financial statements, financial metrics (KPIs) and corporate management
• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams
• Experience working with senior management or as part of an executive leadership team
• Experience in international organizations with matrix structures
• High willingness to drive change and the ability to act confidently in dynamic situations
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills and a proactive work style
• Business-fluent German and English
