Head of Healthcare HR GHO (all genders)

In this role you will lead the global HR strategy for Healthcare Operations, supporting ~7,500 employees across 20 sites. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people priorities within a regulated GxP/GMP environment and drive the GHO transformation under Focus30. You will build leadership, talent, and upskilling for Smart Manufacturing and digital operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and employee engagement. • Shape and execute the global HR agenda for Healthcare Operations to align with business priorities and transformation goals
• Lead workforce adaptation for the GHO transformation with clear people priorities across geographies
• Develop leadership, talent, reskilling, and upskilling programs for Smart Manufacturing and regulated operations
• Act as a trusted advisor on organization effectiveness, change leadership, people risk, and readiness for GxP/GMP audits
• Lead and develop a team of Global HR Business Partners and leverage people analytics to forecast workforce needs and risks

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with at least 10 years of global HR leadership in regulated pharma/biotech/medtech or operations
• Proven experience partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or Operations leaders in complex global settings
• Strong track record in workforce transformation, organization design, leadership development, and large-scale change
• Practical understanding of GMP/GxP expectations and their impact on workforce practices and inspection readiness
• Strong executive influencing, consulting, and communication skills; fluent English; additional languages such as German are an advantage
