To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

IT Director / IT Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for the IT strategy and the entire IT infrastructure (servers, network, clients, printers, firewall)
• Planning, management, and operational implementation of IT projects (e.g., digitization, system migrations)
• Ensuring IT security and protection against cyberattacks
• Support, further development, and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Management and coordination of external IT service providers
• Implementation of new systems and continuous development of the IT landscape
• Establishment and optimization of structured IT processes
• Execution of IT emergency management and crisis response
• Training employees in IT security
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and license management
• Ensuring system availability, data integrity, and backup strategies
• Compliance with legal requirements and minimization of production downtime

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT administration or in a senior IT role
• In-depth knowledge of network, server, and IT infrastructures
• Experience in IT security as well as backup and security concepts
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and virtualization
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 / O365 environment
• Experience in project management
• Strong leadership skills and organizational aptitude
• Strategic mindset and business acumen
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed work style
• Strong decision-making skills, ability to handle stress, and excellent communication skills
