Role : Head of Marketing, leading a team of 3 FTEs

Location : Remote with regular visits to Stuttgart region

Language : German-speaking role (L1/C2)

Our client is a high growth German B2B SaaS company in the IT space. Through a buy-and-build strategy they now offer a comprehensive stack of 6 SaaS solutions for MSPs & ISPs, with more acquisitions on the way. Their goal is to become the #1 European tech stack for IT Service Providers.

• German B2B SaaS scale-up with team of 100 FTE
• Integrated SaaS/AI Tech Stack for MSPs & ISPs
• Including ERP, ITSM, Billing and Automation
• Multiple acquisitions planned for this year

About the role - what will you do here?

• You'll lead a team of 3 (Growth, Customer, Product)
• Growing the brand across MSPs & ISPs in DACH
• Increase marketing-sourced pipeline to 20-25%
• Build an AI-enabled marketing model & team
• Support the CEO/CSO and (partner) sales team(s)
• Make marketing more structured and measurable

About you - what experience do you bring?

• You are fluent in German on an L1/C2 level
• You're able to occasional/regular travel to HQ
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Tech marketing experience
• 2+ years of marketing leadership experience
• You're data-driven and experience with AI

The salary package is €110-150k p/y
