The Role & Mission

As our very first dedicated marketing professional, you will act as a strategic generalist responsible for building our customer acquisition engine from the ground up. Working closely with the founding team, product designers, and content creators, you will assume total accountability for our go-to-market strategy, funnel architecture, and brand positioning. We are seeking an operational doer who can rigorously test hypotheses, scale paid channels, configure robust HubSpot automation, and accelerate our expansion across the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Positioning : Formulate comprehensive marketing roadmaps, allocate channel budgets, define critical KPIs, and sharpen messaging for diverse agency demographics and buyer personas.
• Performance Marketing : Exercise complete ownership over paid acquisition channels, centering primarily on Meta Ads to drive creative development, campaign structuring, testing, and optimization.
• Funnel & Conversion Optimization : Fine-tune every stage of the customer journey, from initial visitor click through trial onboarding to monetized conversion with precision.
• Marketing Automation (HubSpot) : Configure HubSpot as our core marketing infrastructure, managing lead nurturing sequences, scoring models, and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
• Channel Expansion : Identify and scale secondary growth drivers such as LinkedIn campaigns, targeted webinars, and strategic partner programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with Product and Customer Success teams to effectively merchandise case studies, feature updates, and product launches.
• Tracking & Attribution : Maintain pristine attribution models and analytics tracking for accurate ROI evaluation and data-driven decision making.
• Team & Agency Building : Anticipate scaling requirements by defining future hiring needs and evaluating external partner ecosystems.

Must-haves:

• Experience : At least 3 years specializing in B2B SaaS marketing within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Performance Expertise : Proven, hands-on execution in managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
• Automation Mastery : Extensive technical proficiency in HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
• Funnel Acumen : Comprehensive grasp of product-led growth (PLG) and trial-based conversion models.
• Mindset : A strategic yet execution-focused mindset requiring minimal supervision, paired with high ownership, initiative, and strong emotional intelligence .
• Data-Driven : Analytical rigor in tracking, testing hypotheses, and performance scaling.
• Language Skills : C2 fluent German for nuanced copywriting, and C1 professional English for internal operations.
