Key responsibilities:

• Translate global brand strategies into impactful local marketing initiatives for the DACH market
• Develop and lead integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, and partnership channels
• Drive consumer demand throughout the customer journey, from awareness to purchase and loyalty
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
• Own and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and commercial impact
• Collaborate closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Finance, and Global Marketing teams

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial, brand, or integrated marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive business growth
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand building, demand generation, and customer acquisition
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness
• Fluent German (native or near-native level) and strong English skills
• Experience in consumer electronics, consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or agency environments is a plus
