Your leadership will guide the product lifecycle management process, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of safety and quality throughout their lifecycle.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Define and execute the global product strategy for the Nuclear Controls portfolio, securing an annual business volume of 100 million Euros
• Manage long‑term product lifecycles, aligning with both new‑build projects and multi‑decade service commitments
• Drive product roadmap decisions, balancing standard product development with project‑specific customization needs
• Oversee compliance with stringent international nuclear standards, licensing requirements, and safety‑critical certification processes
• Navigate complex regulatory frameworks to ensure all product lines maintain necessary qualifications for global deployment
• Provide continuous strategic support and requirement engineering for key nuclear customers, fostering long‑term partnerships

What You Bring

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Extensive professional experience in Product Management or Engineering within the nuclear industry or other highly regulated, safety‑critical environments, including responsibility for large‑scale product portfolios
• Proven leadership and management experience in senior roles, with a track record of leading cross‑functional teams in an international environment
• Professional certifications in Product and/or Project Management, such as Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), considered an asset
• Expertise in Product Management and Strategy, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and the nuclear industry domain
• Strong strategic decision‑making and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with business‑fluent English and German language skills; French language skills are advantageous

Our Gas Services division offers Low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
