For our client, a well-established and internationally active mid-sized company, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product Management. The role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, strengthen portfolio management and drive further development of the company’s products and markets.

The Head of Product Management will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, managing and further optimizing the portfolio, and identifying market opportunities and trends. The role will drive product development and launches, including go-to-market and pricing strategies, while overseeing the full product lifecycle. It will also involve ensuring close cross-functional collaboration and leading and developing the product management team. In addition, the Head will oversee the product management budget and ensure effective allocation of resources in line with business objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in engineering, chemistry, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in strategic product management within the building materials supply industry or chemical industry
• Proven track record in developing and launching comparable products
• Experience in building organizational units and successfully driving change initiatives
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management
• International exposure with the ability to act confidently in global markets
