As Head of Operational Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the company’s operational risk framework. Role

• Lead and strategically develop the Operational Risk Management department
• Design and implement a robust internal control system
• Proactively collaborate with subsidiaries, key functions, and group level
• Deliver management reporting focused on actionable decision‑making
• Lead projects and initiatives to strengthen non‑financial risk management with a particular focus on IT risk management in line with regulatory requirements such as DORA
• Foster a strong risk culture within the organization

Your Profile

• Relevant academic qualifications in risk management, finance, IT, or other related fields
• Strong expertise in operational risk management and internal control systems and an in‐depth understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA
• Proven leadership experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
• Excellent communication skills and experience in management reportingAgile mindset with focus on process simplification and complexity reduction
• Fluent German and English
