To further strengthen its commercial organisation, we are seeking an experienced product management leader who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape regional product strategy, drive commercial success and lead a high‑performing international team.

Job Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 Product Management professionals across the EMEA region, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Define and execute the EMEA product strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
• Lead product positioning, lifecycle management and successful product launches across the region.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with global Product Management, R&D and regional commercial teams to translate market insights into business success.
• Develop pricing strategies, portfolio optimisation initiatives and regional go‑to‑market plans.
• Support commercial teams through product training, marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic stakeholders across EMEA.
• Lead, coach and develop an international product management team while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Several years of product management experience within the medical technology industry.
• Proven leadership experience in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, go‑to‑market execution and lifecycle management.
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities across international matrix organisations.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
