Head of Programme Management – Bank Transformation

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of banking transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives
Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver tailored transformation solutions
Drive program governance, risk management, and quality assurance across transformational projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Engage in thought leadership, contributing insights and strategies to strengthen SAP Fioneer's position as a trusted bank transformation partner
Collaborate with cross-functional technology, finance, and operations teams to deliver innovative client solutions
Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform program strategy and execution
Contribute to shaping the digital future of financial services in a collaborative and innovative environment

Requirements

10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies, with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution
Deep expertise in corporate banking, particularly global transaction banking, cash management, and payments
Solid understanding of technology
Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience, especially for strategical engagements and early project phases
Experience with SAP banking products is a strong plus
Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
