Head of Project Execution – Building Refurbishment

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the technical and commercial management of our deconstruction and hazardous‑material remediation projects.
• Planning, implementation and billing of contracted projects.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs.
• Appreciative and motivating leadership of personnel.
• Deployment and resource planning for staff and equipment.
• Supporting site management in day‑to‑day operational activities.

Requirements

• Overall responsibility for the technical and commercial management of our deconstruction and hazardous‑material remediation projects in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria – while maintaining required quality standards.
• Planning, implementation and billing of contracted projects in compliance with applicable waste legislation, occupational health and safety regulations, and other relevant requirements.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs.
• Appreciative and motivating leadership of personnel at the Achstetten site.
• Deployment and resource planning for staff and equipment.
• Supporting site management in day‑to‑day operational activities.
