Project Manager, Project Controls – Building Projects

Responsibilities

• In cooperation with our planning team, holistic coordination, control and supervision of construction projects from the concept phase to completion
• Management of projects across various asset classes with differing sizes and levels of complexity
• Independent assumption of partial project management responsibilities
• Coordination of project participants and external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Communication with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
• Risk and conflict management
• Cost and schedule planning and control
• Construction management including claims and change-order management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
• Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in construction project management, project leadership in the construction sector, as well as site management roles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Independent and structured working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and project management software
