Head of Business Development & Sales | Dairy & Food Ingredients Sector

I'm currently partnering exclusively with a market-leading organisation within the global dairy and food ingredients sector on a newly created commercial leadership opportunity.

We're seeking an experienced commercial professional to drive business development and sales strategy across Europe, whilst also supporting growth initiatives in North America and other international markets.

Key areas of focus include:

• Developing and executing commercial growth strategies
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders across the dairy and food ingredients industry
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Managing strategic customer partnerships
• Representing the business at industry events and conferences
• Supporting the growth and development of a high-performing commercial function

We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:

• Dairy Ingredients
• Dairy Commodities
• International Business Development

Ideal backgrounds may include Commercial Director, Sales Director, Business Development Director, Head of Commercial, or other senior leadership roles within the ingredients industry.

Location: Europe (Germany preferred, although flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates).
