Aufgaben

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. This includes:

• Creating and executing employer branding campaigns to attract top talent
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and suppliers
• Collaborating with our marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
• Analyzing and reporting on key metrics to measure the success of our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts

Anforderungen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalwirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Fach
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität
