Head of Web Commerce – Budapest

We are seeking an experienced leader to guide and oversee onsite teams in the development and optimization of landing and content pages, ensuring alignment with goals and quality standards. The role includes driving onsite strategy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, acting as a key liaison to promote collaboration and best practices, monitoring performance, and optimizing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee onsite teams, ensuring alignment with goals and quality standards.
• Manage development of landing and content pages with consistent execution.
• Drive onsite strategy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Act as key liaison, promoting collaboration and best practices.
• Monitor performance and optimise the customer journey.
• Improve search and merchandising to boost engagement and conversion.
• Support team growth through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Analyse data and deliver regular performance reports.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive webshop growth and achieve KPIs.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and increase organic traffic with aligned SEO and content strategies.
• Contribute to platform excellence and improve conversion, cNPS, and eNPS.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, project, or program management.
• Strong experience delivering ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven experience delivering or managing CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within an IT PMO or enterprise governance environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Nice to have: Salesforce delivery experience.
• Project or Agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data migration programs.
