Health Centre Physician

Your Role

Loimaa Health Centre has 15 physician positions. Physicians work at the main health station in Loimaa. Operationally, physicians and nurses are divided into three care teams. Work may include, for example, duties in Loimaa's new assessment unit, home care, and outpatient clinics. Clinic work consists of both non-urgent and urgent appointment-based visits. The work involves versatile and holistic management of patient affairs.

The job description and working hours are flexibly negotiable.

The starting date is negotiable. A six-month probationary period applies to the appointment.

We have excellent independent clinic operations by nurses and direct clinics by physiotherapists. An experienced colleague is easily available as a consultant daily at the Loimaa Health Centre.

Eligibility requirement is legalization or a permit to act in physician duties as stipulated in the Act on Health Care Professionals 559/94. Language requirements are good oral and written Finnish skills and satisfactory oral and written Swedish skills.

A degree in general practice or geriatrics, or alternatively, a right to specialize in general practice or geriatrics, is considered an advantage.
