Sie kombinieren operative Verantwortung mit strategischem Einfluss und tragen aktiv dazu bei, unsere Sicherheitskultur nachhaltig zu stärken. In einem innovativen, global vernetzten Umfeld haben Sie die Möglichkeit, anspruchsvolle Projekte zu begleiten, neue Standards zu etablieren und Ihre Expertise kontinuierlich auszubauen.**Ihre Verantwortung*** Offizielle Bestellung als Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa) in Österreich und Deutschland* Unterstützung der Standorte im DACH-Bereich bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Verwaltung von EHS‐Programmen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Umwelt‐, Gesundheits‐ und Sicherheitsvorschriften* Unterstützung des EHS‐Assurance‐Frameworks, Koordination der EHS‐Auditplanung, Management von Reporting und Daten sowie Administration der EHS‐Systeme* Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des EHS‐Managementsystems gemäß ISO 9001, 14001 und 45001* Erstverantwortung für die Umsetzung von EHS‐Programmen, einschließlich Unfalluntersuchungen, Root‐Cause‐Analysen (8D) und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen* Beratung und Unterstützung operativer und funktionaler Teams zu aktuellen und zukünftigen EHS‐Initiativen und Risiken* Prüfung wesentlicher Planungen im Zusammenhang mit neuen Betriebsabläufen, Bauprojekten, Anlagenverlagerungen, Akquisitionen und Chemikalieneinsatz**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen*** Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa), sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Galvanotechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im EHS-Bereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrie‐ oder Technologieumfeld* Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (z. B.
