Healthcare Therapy Area Insights (all genders)

In this Associate Director role within Global Strategic Insights, you translate complex market dynamics into actionable intelligence for therapy area teams. You will influence how assets are launched, grown, and managed across key global markets, collaborating with Rare Tumor and Specialty Therapy Area groups. You own end-to-end insights delivery across GSI disciplines to inform critical business decisions. You will work with cross-functional partners to elevate decision quality across the asset lifecycle. This is a chance to shape strategy at a global scale and affect patient access and outcomes.

• Deliver end-to-end insights across primary market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic forecasting
• Partner with therapy area commercial teams to translate dynamics into actionable recommendations
• Inform asset lifecycle decisions from concept through in-market management
• Collaborate with commercial strategy, market access and pricing, regional insights, and other GSI functions
• Communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders and drive informed decisions

• 5+ years in at least one global strategic insights discipline (primary market research, competitive intelligence, data analytics, or strategic forecasting)
• Experience designing and leading insights/KPI workstreams for in-market or launch assets
• Global experience across 2+ major markets (US, China, EU4/UK, or Japan)
• Expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative primary market research, competitive intelligence, or topline forecasting
• Ability to navigate full medicine lifecycle from proof-of-concept to post-launch
