Local HRBP Healthcare Germany (all genders), full-/part-time possible

As an HR Business Partner for Healthcare Germany, you act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating business goals into HR strategies aligned with German labor law and co-determination. You design people initiatives across talent, development, rewards, and succession, with inclusion at the center, and use people analytics to identify opportunities and risks. You lead HR-driven transformations and collaborate with works councils to navigate co-determination in a matrix organization. You drive efficiency by moving transactional activities to shared services while fostering inclusion and employee engagement.

• Act as strategic HR partner to business leadership and translate objectives into HR actions
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and co-determination requirements
• Design and implement initiatives across talent planning, development, rewards, and succession
• Leverage people analytics to generate actionable insights for decision-making
• Lead and support HR transformations and work with works council bodies
• Collaborate across a matrix organization with Corporate HR, business leaders, Global Enterprise Solutions, and external partners
• Drive HR efficiency by transitioning transactional activities to shared services
• Champion inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement across the Healthcare organization in Germany

• Bachelor in Business or HR-related field (Master preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience with German co-determination and works council engagement
• Experience as HR Business Partner or in HR consulting; talent management or total rewards is a plus
• Hands-on, business-minded approach translating complex needs into compliant HR solutions
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment
• Track record of partnering with senior leaders to develop and monitor HR programs with measurable outcomes
• Fluency in German and English
