HNW Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager

Ideal for professionals with strong private client tax experience who want broader planning exposure and increased client ownership.

Managing complex HNW individual, trust, estate, and pass-through returns
Reviewing tax workpapers and deliverables
Participating in advanced tax planning projects
Working directly with clients and advisors
Mentoring associates and seniors

Typical compensation range: $140K--$220K depending on level, experience, and technical background.

HNW Tax Principal / Practice Leader

Ideal for senior leaders with deep technical expertise, strong client advisory capabilities, and experience leading sophisticated HNW relationships.

Leading complex tax planning and advisory engagements
Serving as lead relationship advisor to UHNW individuals, families, trusts, and closely held entities
Driving strategic growth within the Private Client practice
Mentoring and developing future leadership talent
Helping shape the long-term direction of the practice nationally

Compensation: Base salaries for senior leadership/principal-level hires can range from the mid-$200Ks to north of $300K, depending on experience, existing leadership responsibilities, technical depth, and business development background. Additional performance incentives and long-term growth opportunities also available.
