Responsibilities

Lead your team on a peer level, foster professional and personal development through coaching and regular feedback, and maintain a positive team atmosphere through your leadership example
Ensure effective shift and vacation planning, smooth workflows, think outside the box, and challenge existing processes
Manage the operational day-to-day, actively contribute, and run briefings
Live and embody our Ruby Spirit and implement our internal styles and quality standards
Support the Hotel Manager in recruiting the best talents and build a strong team
Handle monthly closings, inventories, invoice checks, payroll preparation, and regular orders for F&B and SOE
Ensure orderly operations and compliance with legal requirements such as HACCP, occupational safety, and fire protection
Make sure guests feel well and want to return by handling guest feedback, inquiries, or complaints with creative and charming solutions

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy and/or a hotel/business administration degree
Experience in an operational leadership role in lifestyle hospitality/gastronomy
Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business administration
Motivating, charismatic leadership with a authentic and loyal style; capable of both leading and being a team player
Warm, personable demeanor and excellent communication skills
Hands-on mentality and ability to respond to guest needs gracefully
Fluent German and English
