Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeper to join the household team of a private UHNW family based in Munich. This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive, discreet, and hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards within a luxury private residence.

Key Requirements

• Previous professional housekeeping experience within a UHNW private residence is essential. Candidates with luxury yachting or five-star hotel backgrounds will also be considered.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous positions with excellent, checkable references.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Full, clean driving licence and eligibility to work within the EU.
• Confident using basic IT systems and technology.
• Fluent English is essential. German language skills are advantageous.
• Non-smoker with exceptional discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative household team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout a luxury private residence.
• Care for high-end furnishings, antiques, and delicate interior finishes.
• Expert laundry and wardrobe management, including the care of luxury fabrics such as silk, cashmere, and fine linens.
• Clean and maintain specialist surfaces including marble, granite, slate, and parquet flooring.
• Prepare breakfast and occasional light, healthy meals when required.
• Coordinate external contractors and household service providers.
• Run household errands including shopping, dry cleaning, postal collections, and deliveries.
• Drive for household-related purchases and errands when needed.
• Assist with table service and support during private dinners or household events.
• Undertake additional household responsibilities appropriate to experience and seniority.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional housekeeping standards. You will be adaptable, trustworthy, and comfortable working within a fully staffed private household while maintaining complete confidentiality at all times.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Permanent, full-time position.
• 40-hour working week with flexibility required, including weekends and public holidays.
• Time off will be provided during the week when weekend work is required.
• Split shifts may occasionally be necessary when the principals are in residence.
• Working as part of an established household team under the guidance of the House Manager.
• Competitive salary of €45,000–€65,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
• Accommodation allowance included within the salary package.
• 26 days' annual leave.

Recruitment Process

• Initial video interview with Tiger Recruitment, 2nd Interview with the end client.
• Practical trial within the household.
• Final interview with the household management team.
