HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

In this role you partner with managers to shape the people agenda, ensuring teams are supported and performing. You will own performance, development and workforce planning across assigned teams, collaborating with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Finance. You’ll analyse people data to inform action and drive improvements in HR processes. • Provide day-to-day people partnering for assigned teams, advising on hiring, performance, development and team topics
• Coordinate performance review and calibration cycles and coach managers on feedback
• Analyse headcount, attrition and engagement data to propose actions to managers and leadership
• Support workforce planning with functional leaders and Finance by preparing headcount scenarios
• Manage employee relations cases with a fair and compliant approach
• Coordinate with employer of record partners for a consistent experience for remote colleagues
• Improve and optimise HR processes and manager toolkits from onboarding to offboarding
• Drive end-to-end people projects (e.g., engagement actions or process changes) and propose data-informed solutions

• Minimum 3 years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar advisory role
• Experience in a SaaS/tech/fast-growing company
• Working knowledge of German employment law
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities for managers
• Proven ability to manage priorities and run projects end-to-end
• Comfort with people data and clear reporting
• AI savvy: able to use AI tools to work efficiently with good data privacy judgment
• Business fluent German and English (spoken and written)
