HR DATA ANALYST GROUPE – V.I.E. F/H

You will report directly to the Group Human Resources Director. The position is available at one of our European subsidiaries, with possible locations in Nürtingen (Germany), Milan (Italy), or Irun (Spain). You will work in an international environment and collaborate daily with teams at Lépine Group headquarters in Genay (Lyon region), in French and/or English depending on the context.

You will serve as the Group’s analytical right-hand person for HR data and compensation. As the Group’s first HR data role, you will build the foundation for Group HR reporting and support the development of the compensation and benefits policy. More specifically :

• You will organize the Group’s compensation data to support the Comp & Ben policy led by the HR Director: consolidating internal data (total payroll, pay scales, positioning by job and by category) and cross-referencing it with external benchmarks (WTW) to produce analyses of market positioning, internal equity, and cost.
• You will develop decision-support tools for compensation and benefits: modeling salary growth scenarios and budget allocations, simulating total payroll, and generating comparative data by subsidiary and job category.
• You will produce consolidated Group HR reports (headcount, payroll, turnover, absenteeism, hiring, training) and gradually roll out a standardized format applicable to all international subsidiaries.
• You will build and maintain the COMSTRAT HR dashboards in Power BI and produce ad hoc analyses at the request of the Group HR Department.
• You will audit the quality of HR data (Cegid, Horoquartz, subsidiaries’ HRIS), identify discrepancies and inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with the Payroll/ADP France teams and local HR representatives.
• You will prepare HR data for integration into the future Group HRIS: mapping, business rules, and test data sets.

Profile

You hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR with a specialization in data, data analytics with an interest in HR, or from an engineering or business school with a focus on data analysis.

You are eligible for the Business France V.I.E. program (mandatory requirement).

You are first and foremost a data analyst, driven by a strong interest in compensation and Comp & Ben topics.

You have advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, modeling) and Power BI; you are comfortable with no-code tools for data structuring and automation (Power Automate).

You know how to handle data of varying quality and build dashboards that are easy for non-specialists to understand.

You are fluent in English (the work environment at our Nürtingen site and with headquarters is English-speaking); German or Spanish is a plus but not required.

You demonstrate attention to detail, absolute discretion regarding compensation data, independence, and a proactive approach to reporting anomalies.
