HR Manager, Part-Time

• Champion the well-being of all employees and act as a “Feel-Good Manager”
• Understand employee needs through ongoing communication and represent colleagues’ interests
• Support employees through one-on-one conversations and provide coaching
• Attract new employees through Indeed, JOIN, and other creative approaches
• Continuously enhance iconCXM’s employer appeal
• Manage personnel files
• Prepare for and support employee meetings
• Manage topics related to company pension plans
• Organize quarterly on-site events, Christmas parties, summer celebrations, team-building events, and information sessions together with the Office & Travel Manager
