Overview

Job Title: HR Partner (m/f/d) / limited to 1 year. TE Connectivity seeks an HR Solutions Partner to work with diverse teams on HR activities, including employment relations, recruiting, termination, and data analysis. The role supports the implementation of HR policies at country, regional, or global levels and partners with management to drive programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage a defined employee population (Operations & Non-Operations)
• Advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters
• Execute core HR processes (e.g., OLR, Performance Management, Year-End processes)
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center, and Works Council
• Drive recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
• Implement HR strategies, initiatives, and company culture programs
• Lead and support local HR projects and change management activities
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Serve as the point of contact for labor law matters and employee relations cases
• Coordinate onboarding processes and employee benefits programs

Your ideal profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
• Experience in both operational and strategic HR management
• Strong knowledge of labor law and works council collaboration
• Experience in recruitment and employer branding
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and structured way of working
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
